It’s a bummer when you receive shoes that don’t fit or aren’t quite what you were expecting. However, at Rothy’s, you don’t have to be blue about your purchase because the company offers 100% free returns within 30 days of purchase. Shoes must be in new condition, so if you need to try them out, be sure to do it indoors so as not to mark them up. Additionally, note that there’s no break-in period for these styles, so if your selection is too tight, it’s best to return and move up half a size.
